Our Approach at Templeton House Care Home

We are proud to offer a home where person-centered care and first-class living quality is evident. Our team goes out of their way to make residents feel welcome and comfortable from the time they walk through the door. We believe we are more than just a care home. We are also a community of passionate individuals who ensure to provide a warm, friendly, and loving environment as well as a luxurious lifestyle that is both enriching and satisfying.

We provide high-quality nursing, residential, dementia, and respite care with specially built equipment and facilities. More than just satisfying care needs, our approach focuses on the overall health, well-being, and interests of our residents. Our highly trained and motivated team is proud of the excellent standard of care they provide on a daily basis.

Personalised Care Plans

We can help each of our residents in the best ways possible by providing person-centered care. Our staff works hard to give health support and everyday activities to our residents, to ensure a comfortable and pleasurable stay, regardless of the duration. Our staff is educated to provide as much or as little assistance as each individual requires, as well as a safe environment in which people can live a fulfilling life every day. We do everything we can to make certain that we are caring for each individual as a whole, by talking with residents and their loved ones about what their needs are in order to develop an accurate care plan.

Regular Resident Care Assessments

We use a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) approach to resident care, which allows us to give a comprehensive medical evaluation by bringing together doctors from many disciplines in an organised manner. Templeton House Care Home is able to provide superior and individualised care to each of our residents by employing this strategy. Following an initial evaluation, residents will continue to benefit from monthly assessments to ensure they are receiving the most suitable and effective care possible. Each resident is assigned a nurse or key worker who will learn their needs, preferences, and interests and provide them with the appropriate degree of care on a daily basis.

A Home-Like Setting

We want to be a place that everyone can call home, and it’s critical to us that Templeton House Care Home achieves this. Thanks to our varied facilities residents can enjoy a family get-together in our private dining room, choose from a plethora of books in our library, or watch a feel good film on the big screen to name a few. These little things can help to make a huge difference in someone’s life. We recognise the importance of choosing the right care home, which is why we welcome potential residents and their loved ones to come visit us for the day, take a tour of the house, and get a sense of what life is like here.

All-Inclusive, Luxury Living

We feel that maintaining great relationships with our residents and those closest to them is tremendously valuable to everyone. It enables us to personalise not only residents’ care but also their day-to-day lives; from the events we offer to the amenities featured throughout our home, we want nothing more than for residents to feel respected and listened to every day. There is no shortage of things to do or places to go due to the hard work of our Activity Coordinators. Residents are presented with a diverse activities programme, leaving them spoilt for choice and able to live an enriching life with us here at Templeton House Care Home.

High Standards of Comprehensive Care

We put our residents first at Templeton House Care Home, and we work around-the-clock to make sure they get the best of everything we have to offer in terms of care, accommodation, and lifestyle. Our highly skilled team of nurses uses a method known as key nursing, which enables them to provide the highest quality of care day and night. We understand that settling into a new home can be a worry and a major life change, which is why residents and their loved ones will meet with their assigned staff member to discuss a suitable care plan, explore their new home and get to know fellow residents and our team from day one.
